[Passed] Nominations for the Council of Guardians

Pursuant to Article III, Section 4(2) of the Scroll of Ma'at, I offer the following nominations for the Council of Guardians for consideration by the Council of Scribes:
Adytus (Adytus)
Gradea (Gradea III)
Joshua Bluteisen (Ikand)
Treize Dreizehn (The Dourian Embassy)
Tylope (Tylope)
Josh's and Treize's nominations don't need much explanation. They were serving in this capacity since before the security responsibilities of the Council of Priests were split into a new institution, the Council of Guardians. They've been doing a great job and they should continue.
Adytus and Gradea are relative newcomers to Osiris, though Gradea has been actively contributing for months now as a Deputy Scribe and in the Council of Viziers, and Adytus is already actively serving as a Sub-Vizier. I believe it's important to get newcomers who have proven their dedication and trustworthiness involved, including at the highest levels of government. By entrusting relative newcomers with in-game security responsibility, along with veterans like Josh and Treize, we are demonstrating that we are not a region of the old guard, not a veteran oligarchy, but an open and active region that is always looking to encourage and promote the next generation of NationStates players.
Finally, I have nominated Tylope because I believe it is important to have the in-game community represented in our in-game security institution, and Tylope's primary activity is in-game with active involvement on the Regional Message Board. It's true, as may come up during this discussion, that Tylope did support the opposition in April -- though he did not at any point violate any endorsement limits, or take other action worthy of a ban -- and that he has at times been critical of the government. He has, nonetheless, always been respectful and has continued to be involved in the community. Rather than seeing dissent as a drawback, I see it as a benefit; regional government should not become an echo chamber. I'm not looking for "yes" men for regional government, and I don't think most of you are either. I look forward to having Tylope involved as a Guardian and a voice for the in-game community.
I hope the Council of Scribes will find these nominees for the Council of Guardians acceptable, and the nominees and I are happy to answer any questions you may have.
