[Passed] Nominations for Regional Honors

Pursuant to Article V, Section 1(1) of the Legal Code of the Osiris Fraternal Order, I am submitting the following nominees for regional honors, for the approval of the Council of Scribes:
Neo Kervoskia has, as I noted when appointing him to serve as Heir Apparent, made significant contributions to Osiris since returning in April. Specifically, he made vital contributions to drafting the Scroll of Ma'at, our regional constitution, and has been involved in drafting the Legal Code and in most other legislative discussions. Having already elevated HRH Neo Kervoskia to the rank and title of Archduke of Osiris, I am also nominating him to receive the Scale of Ma'at for outstanding contributions to regional law and justice.
Ridersyl has also made significant contributions to Osiris since April, serving as our first Chief Vizier under the Scroll of Ma'at and ensuring that we had a reliable, stable executive government for the formative months of this new governmental system. In domestic affairs, we saw steady activity to replace the stagnation of the old system. In foreign affairs, we saw the adoption of a raider alignment, which has brought increased activity to the Sekhmet Legion, as well as achievements in diplomacy, including normalization of relations with existing diplomatic partners as well as reaching out to new diplomatic partners and allies -- particularly ratification of the Treaty of Lycopolis with Lone Wolves United. Having already elevated Lord Ridersyl to the rank and title of Baron of Lycopolis, I am also nominating him to receive the Crown of Osiris for outstanding contributions in service in regional leadership offices.
Treize Dreizehn has made significant contributions not only to the Second Era of the Osiris Fraternal Order, but to the Osiris Fraternal Order overall, which saw him awarded the Scale of Ma'at in 2014. Since April, Treize has contributed to the drafting of nearly all of our legislation, he has overseen our efforts in World Assembly Affairs, he has joined the Council of Priests with his World Assembly nation committed to Osiris for our security, he has ensured fairness in our judicial process by insisting on appropriate standards for trials in absentia, and he has made significant contributions to both domestic and foreign affairs as Vizier of Osiran Affairs under Chief Vizier Ridersyl. Having already elevated HIH Treize Dreizehn to the rank and title of Count of Philae, I am also nominating him to receive the Violet Jewel of Atum, our highest honor, awarded for longtime, outstanding overall contributions to Osiris.
Tim Stark has, like Treize Dreizehn, made significant contributions to Osiris well before the Second Era of the Osiris Fraternal Order in which we now find ourselves. He served twice as Pharaoh, for a total of three terms. At the conclusion of his most recent term, he saw the flaws inherent in our old system, and rather than being content to let those flaws reach their breaking point and pass the problems into the future, Tim took action. There is no question that this new governmental system that has brought unprecedented stability and activity to Osiris would not exist were it not for Tim's bold action in dissolving the old system to make way for the new. Since April, he has served on the Council of Priests, and successfully presided over our first trial without any procedures to guide him. He, like Treize Dreizehn, also made significant contributions to both domestic and foreign affairs as Vizier of Osiran Affairs. Having already elevated HSH Tim Stark to the rank and title of Duke of Karnak, I am also nominating him to receive the Violet Jewel of Atum, our highest honor.
Finally, there is very little that Koth has not done in Osiris. He has served twice as Pharaoh, the first time serving jointly with Venico to establish the Osiris Fraternal Order. He has also served as root administrator of this forum since 21 March 2014, just three months after establishment of the Osiris Fraternal Order, and has provided steady leadership in administrative matters for the lion's share of the OFO's existence. There were three co-founders of the Osiris Fraternal Order, but of the three of us, it's Koth who has always been here through everything and who has contributed to Osiris more consistently than anyone still active today, myself included. Koth joined Tim, Josh, and I in establishing the Transitional Government in April, and served an important albeit mostly advisory role in Chief Vizier Ridersyl's government, but really it is for his consistent, no fuss, quiet and steady contributions to Osiris over nearly three years that he should be honored. Having already elevated HRH Koth to the rank and title of Archduke of Thebes, I am also nominating him to receive the Violet Jewel of Atum, which he should frankly already have received, as there can be no one more deserving of the highest honor of the Osiris Fraternal Order than the Father of the Osiris Fraternal Order.
