Hello, my fellow Osirans. We have a dynamic region, and with it, we must have a dynamic government. When I was first elected to this office, I appointed OFO co-founder Koth and deeply experienced gameplayer Xoriet to an office entitled the Viziers of Military Structure, and appointed our now Heir Apparent, NK, to an office entitled the Vizier of Government Structure. The long-term goal of these offices were to serve our new style of government as it reformed.At this point, I can proudly say that the goals of these offices have been accomplished. With that, I hereby dismiss Koth and Xoriet from the offices of Vizier of Military Structure, dismiss Neo Kervoskia from the office of Vizier of Government Structure, and dissolve the offices of Military Structure and Government Structure.
Now, since State of Osiris address gushed about our government, let's focus on our regional military; the Legion. There are two individuals that are to be trusted with its command. They both have shown great skill, ability, and command. One is an established veteran, the other is rising like a phoenix.
I hereby appoint Scardino and Syberis to be our new Viziers of War. They will not let us down.
