Osiris Fraternal Order

Welcome to my first State of Osiris address as Chief Vizier.

It has been months since the political turmoil that saw the restructuring of our government, and one could fully and rationally expect there to still be some issues going on.

That's why we are pleasantly surprised to inform and hopefully surprise you, that the new government is the most well-oiled, effecient, self-sustaining entity in the history of the region. Early on into this new government system's existence, an issue was dealt with while the Pharaoh wasn't here. More recently, an issue was resolved while both the Pharaoh and I weren't here! We even have Tim and Douria working together in the same department, and doing amazing things too. Long-time Osirans from the OFO and the KRO are agreeing this is the most stable government that the region has seen. That's amazing.

Our Pharaoh has also been able to note on several occasions how our activity rates compared to other GCR's, and we've been outperforming! The last stated tactic that was supposed to destroy our Fraternal bonds was a "dearth in activity". The only dearth I see is a dearth in things for me to address here that are problems!

I mean, this is fantastic. This is first State of Osiris address, after what we went through, and there's no problems to address. I love it. I absolutely love it.

The State of Osiris is that our Fraternal and Sororal bonds are stronger than ever. Let us never see another day where that is untrue.

Here's to the rest of a term of stability.

But as I sometimes say, stability is stagnation.

Osiran history has shown that stagnation doesn't care whether the region is stable or in complete chaos. We're always working to make sure there's activity, but if we must suffer through any kind of stagnation, I'd rather we see it happen under the concrete shelter of stability, than in an aneurysm-inducing frenzy of chaos.
