His Royal Majesty the Pharaoh of Osiris proclaims his assent to the Council Organization Amendment, passed by the Council of Scribes with the concurrence of the Council of Priests.

May the gods of the Nile turn their gaze favorably upon the Council of Viziers and the Council of Priests as they perform their duties with greater clarity due to this amendment.
