Honorable Priests,

I regret to appear before you with news like this, but we have found concrete evidence that Petar Winter is in fact the player known as Casimir/Kasimire St-Pierre, formerly of the Kingdom of Great Britain. As per the Legal Code of Osiris, I am filing formal criminal charges in regards to this situation.

The member known as Petar Winter is to be charged with Citizenship Fraud, a High Crime against Osiris. As per the Legal Code of Osiris, Citizenship Fraud is defined as follows:

Citizenship Fraud is defined as any attempt to provide false or misleading answers on one's application for citizenship in the Osiris Fraternal Order or any attempt to conceal alternate NationStates aliases during the citizenship application process.

As his identity was unknown to the leadership of Osiris, it is obvious that said identity was not properly disclosed at the time of his application for citizenship. All further evidence will be submitted to the proper channels once the charges are recognized, and a Chief Advocate is determined.

The Council of Priests accepts the charge of Citizenship Fraud against Petar Winter.

Once the Crown appoints its Chief Advocate, we will begin the trial.

I'll clarify this within the Trial Thread I'll be making in the next hour or so.

This is a notification to the Council of Priests that Petar Winter has resigned citizenship by private Skype message to Chief Scribe Syberis and Priest Tim Stark, and as such, his citizenship has been removed.

This does not mean that the charges against him cannot proceed; that is entirely up to the Council of Priests. Should the trial proceed, forum administration will accommodate appropriate masking for the accused until such a time as it concludes. I simply wanted to notify the Council of this development.
