Honourable Priests,
The Council of Scribes has passed an Omnibus Amendment Bill to the Scroll of Ma'at.
Pursuant to Article II, Section 2(6) of the Scroll of Ma'at, an amendment to the Scroll requires the concurrence of the Council of Priests. It is humbly requested that members of this Council individually indicate their assent to this amendment. A concurrence is defined as being a majority — three of the four Priests.
