It is hereby proclaimed by His Royal Majesty Cormac of House Sethos, Pharaoh of Osiris, First Lord of the Nile, and Great Slayer of Cetacea:

His Royal Majesty the Pharaoh of Osiris proclaims his assent to the Omnibus Amendment Bill to the Scroll of Ma'at, passed by the Council of Scribes with the concurrence of the Council of Priests.
