Pursuant to Article II, Section 2(4) of the Scroll of Ma'at, a repeal of a treaty(s) requires a two-thirds majority vote in order to pass this council.

Omnibus Treaty Repeal and Response to Illegal Aggression
Section 1: Repeal of Treaties
(1) The following treaty is hereby repealed due to illegal acts of aggression against Osiris:
a. The Treaty of Alexandria between Osiris and Europeia.
(2) The following treaties are hereby repealed due to sustained inactivity on the part of the other signatory regions:
a. The Treaty of Tatooine, between Osiris and The New Galactic Empire;
b. The Fraternal Treaty of Thebes, between Osiris and The New Inquisition.
(3) Consistent with Article VI, Clause 1 of the Treaty of Tatooine, repeal of the Treaty of Tatooine will go into effect seven days after The New Galactic Empire is notified of repeal via the Osiran embassy on The New Galactic Empire off-site forum.
(4) Consistent with Article 11, Clauses 1-2 of the Fraternal Treaty of Thebes, repeal of the Fraternal Treaty of Thebes will go into effect after The New Inquisition is notified of repeal via The New Inquisition off-site forum.
Section 2: Prohibition of Future Relations with Aggressor Regions
(1) In recognition that Albion, Europeia, and Lazarus, in April 2016, violated legally binding treaties in which they were prohibited from engaging in military aggression against Osiris, and that these treaty violations occurred while these treaties were still in effect, future diplomatic relations between Osiris and any of these aggressor regions will be prohibited unless approved by the Council of Scribes and granted the assent of the Pharaoh.
(2) Diplomatic relations include granting diplomatic recognition to any diplomat representing these aggressor regions, dispatching Osiran diplomats to these aggressor regions, establishment of in-game embassies with these aggressor regions, or establishment of embassies with these aggressor regions via the Osiran off-site regional forum or their forums.
