I present to the floor of this council an Omnibus Amendment Bill to the Scroll of Ma'at for your consent. Scribes may view the discussion relevant to this bill here.
Scribes may vote Aye to confirm, Nay to reject, or Abstain/Present for abstention.
Pursuant to Article II, Section 2(6) of the Scroll of Ma'at, an amendment to the Scroll requires a two-thirds majority vote in order to pass this council.
Voting will close at 9:56 p.m. EDT on Sunday, May 29, 2016.

(4) The Heir Apparent will act as chairperson and spokesperson of the Council of Priests, but will not serve as a Priest and will have no vote in the Council of Priests.
