Osiris Begins Constitutional Convention
Citizens crowd the Council of Scribes to begin proceedings

Thebes, Osiris. Osirans swarmed into the halls of the Council of Scribes to humbly begin the laborious task of assembling a constitution. Rarely do a people have the opportunity to craft a new governing document.
Shortly after announcing a new cabinet Pharaoh Cormac Montresor-Stark called upon the Council of Scribes to hold a constitutional convention. Former Pharaoh Dalimbar was appointed Chief Scribe to oversee this gargantuan undertaking.
“Osiris is a storied region”, Dalimbar said to eager Osirans gathering to enter the proceedings, ”And we all have the opportunity to write the next chapter together. As Chief Scribe, I will be working to ensure all voices in the region are heard as we craft a new constitution which reflects our values."
The convention will consist of a minimum seven days of discussion with three days of voting. Osirans are encouraged to participate and foster debate and discussion to produce a final, working constitution for the Osiris Fraternal Order.
