On the Status of Interregional Relations with Osiris
This government is pleased to confirm that two treaty allies of the Osiris Fraternal Order, Europeia and The Land of Kings and Emperors, have opted to declare a ceasefire in the current Osiran conflict, effectively shifting from military support for The Almighty Jesus Whale's aggression to neutrality. As they have taken this step before expiration of the 48 hour deadline we imposed for peace negotiations on April 23, this government will not act to nullify the Treaty of Alexandria between the Osiris Fraternal Order and Europeia and the Treaty of Maxonberg between the Osiris Fraternal Order and The Land of Kings and Emperors. We will continue to honor the validity of these treaties for as long as Europeia and The Land of Kings and Emperors respect the sovereignty of the Osiris Fraternal Order by remaining militarily neutral.
Regrettably, treaty partners Albion and Lazarus have opted not to shift toward military neutrality prior to expiration of tonight's deadline and are still committed to assisting the pretender to the office of Pharaoh, The Almighty Jesus Whale, in aggression against the Osiris Fraternal Order. As a consequence of this intolerable military support for aggression against Osiris, this government declares the Mediterranean Accord with Albion and the Non-Aggression Pact between the Osiris Fraternal Order and the Republic of Lazarus null and void.
It should be noted that while some who have bought into The Almighty Jesus Whale's cult of personality have made outlandish claims that the whole world stands against this government, nothing could be further from the truth. Interregional military support for The Almighty Jesus Whale is crumbling as he reveals to the world who he truly is and what his true agenda is in Osiris. Only one Feeder, one Sinker, and a handful of user-created regions continue to militarily support The Almighty Jesus Whale's aggression against the Osiris Fraternal Order. In time, that military support, too, will dwindle. It is more clear than ever before that there is no path for The Almighty Jesus Whale to accomplish his power grabbing goals by force. Indeed, there is no path to accomplishing these goals at all.
In light of this position of increased strength for our government, we will begin to proceed with the transition to a more stable and long-term form of government for the Osiris Fraternal Order. While we will continue to welcome individual Osirans back to the Osiris Fraternal Order and will remain open to broader peaceful resolution, our focus will now shift from interregional matters to where it properly should be, on governing Osiris for the benefit of its residents.
