[AT VOTE] Motion to Recall Pharaoh Jesus Whale

There has been a motion to recall Pharaoh Jesus Whale from the office of Pharaoh that has received two additional seconds.
According to Section 3.7 of the State Code of Osiris:

Councilors may vote Aye, Nay or Present.
Voting will begin now and will close April 22 2016 at 3:00 pm EST.
According to Section 3.7 of the State Code of Osiris:
7. The Deshret will have the power to remove the Pharaoh from office by a three-quarters majority vote. The Deshret will have the power to remove any other government official from office by a two-thirds majority vote.
