[PASSED] Deshret Membership: Neo Kervoskia

Councillor Koth has moved for a vote on the acceptance of Neo Kervoskia to the Deshret.
According to Section 3.1.b of the State Code:
Councilors may vote Aye, Nay or Present. As a note, Aye is in favor of Neo Kervoskia's admission to the Deshret and Nay is against admission.
Voting will begin now and will close March 20 2016 at 4:00 pm EST.

Any Councilor may move for a full Deshret vote on any membership application accepted or rejected by the Keeper within seven days of acceptance or rejection of the application.
