The New Atef Cap has been set to 70.

Atef members are to stop swapping and telegramming if they reach cap. I anticipate raising this cap in time, but currently need to get into the seat still.

Vizier Cap is set to 80 for the time being, and I believe Ikand has already ceased tarting. If we can get him down to 80 that'd be good. As with the Atef cap, this will be raised once my endorsement count is higher.

[UPDATE] Given my endorsement count of 120 endorsements, the Atef Cap has been raised to 80. The Vizier Cap has been raised to 90.

The General Cap will stay at 40 for the time being.

[UPDATE] Given that I'm now at 130 or so endorsements, the Atef Cap is bumped to 90. Vizier cap is 100.

General Cap can stay at 40, but will get a rise soon.

Seems weird doing that. Anywho, Tim is at 162 endorsements as I write this, and there is no way in hell I'm making it above that. So until he gets back from being MIA, we have to do what we can to get me into the seat.

Since Josh is only eight endorsements below me, I think a Vizier cap of 105 is good, since I don't think I'll break a 130, since no one other than Tim seems to have been able to do that.

The rest of you plebs please go down to 90 for the time being.

Once the bill that mandates Guardians to be forty under me passes, we'll look at this again.
