What order or declaration are you seeking from the Pschent of Osiris?: A review into the administrative actions of Ainocra, who has deleted an illegal election thread of his own creation.

Please provide a narrative of the facts which the Court needs to be aware of, to consider Judicial Review in this instance.: Please see here.

Please give a brief summary of the legal grounds warranting Judicial Review in this instance.: Section 7, Clause 3, Point a of the State Code of the Osiris Fraternal Order gives the Pschent the authority to review Administrative Action. As a thread has been deleted, wherein the Administrator himself cast the first vote for himself, to deprive the Temple of Seshat of evidence relating to charges that have just been filed (thankfully, I took a screenshot and recorded logs with the url in).

This application for review is accepted. It must be noted that there may be some delay before it is considered, as Elders ad hoc must be appointed. Those named as being permitted to make submissions will note that submissions ought to wait until a full court has been appointed before doing so.

I would like to retract my request for review. Whether Ainocra's actions were right or wrong, I have come to the mindset that his actions damaged no one, and a review into his actions will only harm him needlessly, which was not my intent.
