Noting that such actions go against the WA’s goals of Peace.
Shocked that a WA ambassador would act in a way that would tarnish the WA's good name

As someone who frequents the stranger's bar I can say without a doubt that fights are commonplace. Also rampaging drunken goats with machine guns are pretty common too. However, no matter how hilarious the incident in question was I cannot help but feel that it fails to meet the level of evil necessary for a condemnation.
