A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.

Description: WA Security Council Resolution #17: Condemn Omigodtheykilledkenny shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

Argument: Recognizing that The Dolphin McNuggets Lovers of Omigodtheykilledkenny is not a World Assembly member, nor has it been for quite a while,

Satisfied that the Creative Solutions Agency created and funded by Omigodtheykilledkenny no longer poses a threat to the World Assembly Compliance Commission, as Omigodtheykilledkenny is not a World Assembly member, and therefore is not required to comply with World Assembly law,

Seriously Doubting that any dolphin has ever been harmed by the governenment of Omigodtheykilledkenny,

Impressed that nation in a region of terrorists and war criminals Omigodtheykilledkenny has granted its citizens extensive civil rights, and political freedoms,

Further Impressed that Omigodtheykilledkenny has compiled and maintains an archive of World Assembly resolutions, and has authored groundbreaking resolutions such as: GAR #8 World Assembly Headquarters, and GAR #17 World Assembly General Fund, which have become the backbone of the World Assembly,

Understanding that Omigodtheykilledkenny, has actually done more positive for International Community than negative,

Thoroughly Convinced that Omigodtheykilledkenny has righted any and all wrongs committed against the World Assembly, and thus no longer deserves to be shunned,

Hereby Repeals SC Resolution #17 Condemn Omigodtheykilledkenny.

This should go up at tonight's major update.

I am opposed to this measure, Kenny worked very hard for his condemnation. The creative solutions agency and the gnome flinging catapults alone merit them in my eyes.

Plus he himself has asked that we vote against the repeal. Considering that we have diplomatic relations with them I think it would be a good thing to help foster our relationship a bit.

I think we need to condemn Kenny again for all the terrible things he's doing to prove he deserves to be condemned still. *nods*

Plus, it'll make Terravoss's "remove the condemn of the Incredible Kenny" campaign that much tougher. *cackles evilly*

I will be stomping on behalf of Europeia whenever this goes to vote (probably at the Major - our current off-site vote is in favor of shooting this down), and I'd love to have Osiris at my back, if the rest of you are willing.

I remember Kenny saying in the forum at some point that his condemnation was intentionally written to have a diverse reach when the SC first started. Kind of like an affirmative action. I can't say if that is true or not.

Cat-Tribe's, Starblaydia's, Commerice Heights' and Automagfreek's resolutions were brought forward specifically for that purpose, because uni thought certain communities were underrepresented in the SC at the time. I might have said mine had a similar purpose, but not nearly on the same level, since GA regulars were still pretty active in the SC when my condemnation passed. We were hardly underrepresented.

AGAINST the repeal, obviously.
