Description of case and charges: Election Fraud (CC-3.1.b), Official Impersonation (CC-3.1.c)
Any pertinent evidence (acceptable here or sent by PM to the Scribe of Seshat):Ainocra has opened a thread for voting in the Pharaoh's Election, claiming that:

I present the Elections Administration Act, which states in Clause 1.2 that those standing for office cannot oversee the election in which that office is elected. Clause 1.3 states that they could then cast a tie-breaking vote in the event it was necessary. Nothing in that act gives Ainocra the authority to open the voting for the election, nor does it give anyone but the Keeper of the Deshret, his Deputies or the Longest Serving Deshret Member the authority to have any official involvement with this election.

The thread has unfortunately since been deleted, so I have provided a screenshot above. I intend to file a request for review with the Pschent to query the action.

I have decided, since the longest serving member of the Deshret stepped in to oversee the election, and given the fact that I do understand that there was no ill-intent in Ainocra's actions, I have decided to retract the formal charges I filed.
