It has been proposed, motioned and seconded that the following clause it to be stricken from the State Code:
Section 2.3.a of the State Code wrote:[(a) The ministry of justice will be a mandatory executive ministry which must have a Scribe assigned to oversee it.]5
Councillors shall vote Aye, Nay or Present. Voting shall end on the 13th of June 2015.
