Section 2, Article 7 of the State Code of Osiris states that:
7. The Pharaoh will have the power to sign or veto any legislation passed by the Deshret. If the Pharaoh neither signs nor vetoes legislation within seven days of its passage, it will automatically become law.
The current form of this article gives the Pharaoh absolute veto powers over the Deshret legislation, with no legal options for the legislative body of the Osiris to override that veto in case such extraordinary measure is needed.
That's why I propose a veto override legislation, where 2/3 of the Deshret and 2/3 of the Peschent majority could override a Pharaoh veto.
Or any other solution that the officials of the Deshret can agree on.

The Pschent does not have a role to play in this play. Legislation is the purview of the Legislators and the Pharaoh respectively.

The Deshret can already over ride a veto
6. The Deshret will have the power to override the Pharaoh's veto by a two-thirds majority vote.

Yes, like in this case:
7. The Deshret will have the power to remove the Pharaoh from office by a three-quarters majority vote.
Shouldn't that also require Peschent approval?

Nope. The Pharaoh is elected by the Deshret, and thus the Deshret has the ability to remove them.

I suppose the Pschent could do so if the Pharaoh lost a legal case, but I'm not sure. I don't think a sitting Pharaoh has ever been put on trial for anything either. Such a circumstance would be extraordinary to say the least. The Pharaoh would have to screw up pretty bad though and at that point I couldn't see the Deshret sitting on it's hands while such a thing was going on.
