Copy pasta of the Pharaoh's words in the Royal throne room
The player known as people united together is hereby declared Persona Non Grata from the Osiris Fraternal Order

Using a well-known alias of his, Supreme Overlord of Nationstates, he placed the following un-endorsement telegram in Osiris
Spoiler
Hear ye, hear ye!
Your region is under attack from the inside!
It is I, your Supreme Evil Overlord, and I send this message to warn two of the regions within my domain of the threat to their democracies.
What is the threat to your region?
The World Assembly Delegates of The East Pacific and Osiris are planning two simultaneous coups d'etat of the democratic governments of their regions. If this happens, the difficulty of defeating them will be multiplied by two because the inter-regional community of defenders and raiders will be forced to fight them one at a time.
What do The East Pacific and Osiris have in common?
Both of their Delegates are members of an aristocratic "family" of players that is focused on one thing: accumulating personal power. The "Montreser" family is no different or worse than any NationStates family, but in this instance, they cannot be trusted simply because the RISK IS TOO GREAT.
Why now?
The term of office for Tim Stark (who is a member of two families, Stark and Montreser, hence the name Stark) is nearly complete, and ends within the next month or so, and made it the first stated goal in his midterm report to increase his endorsement count to 120. Ramaeus was elected just a few days ago, but has made it the number one priority to increase his endorsement count to 277 endorsements (he is using a challenge to break a record of endorsements as a cover story). The time frame for both of these things is within the next few weeks, as they both said. Coincidence? Not likely. (Tim Stark may run for re-election and may be re-elected, but that will only let both Ramaeus and Tim gain more endorsements while they wait.)
What can you do to stop the coups from ever happening?
Join the World Assembly, endorse everyone except your Delegate. Do not let your delegate have 30 endorsements more than the appointed security nations of your region. The security nations of your region are listed on the World Factbook Entry on your region's page. It is the job of the security nations to have a high number of endorsements in order to prevent the Delegate from couping their region. Specifically, endorse Zaolat in Osiris and Todd McCloud in The East Pacific.
Don't believe me?
I wouldn't trust me, either. However, it can't hurt to take precautions. Tim Stark and Ramaeus may not coup their regions, but nevertheless, do not let them have too many more endorsements than the security nations in your regions. Why take the risk? Trust me, I'm evil incarnated, I would simultaneously coup Osiris and The East Pacific if I were in their shoes.

Sincerely,
Supreme Evil Overlord of NationStates
(Just Another Player)
P.S. I hope I am wrong and urge Tim Stark and Ramaeus to resist temptation. If they do not coup their regions, then you should admire them for their character.
To boot, he also released this within The East Pacific, one of our close allies.

Therefore, I think this decision is pretty easy to make. I encourage the Deshret to do it as well, to make it more binding.

I feel the case is strong and we should declare this "people united together"

Persona non Grata.

I am generally against PNGs. May we elevate this to a trial? If not, it's okay, but my general opinion is PNGs are more or less a get out of our club kind of thing. Plus this action is probably strong enough to merit something akin to treason.

They don't seem to be a citizen, and are attempting to incite people to un endorse our lawfully pharaoh. were they a citizen I would agree with you.
as it stands I think we should politely show them the door

Perhaps we should explore the possible merits of the conspiracy in question before we jump to conclusions look at the evidence the way Tim jumped to PNG the guy it seems like a cover-up. 2nd How did Tim get his endo count to 147 or so this is very mysterious considering the historically low endocounts on pharaohs. 3rd Remember when Ram disappeared after the Brave Toaster thing and now he is suddenly delegate again this just screams cloak and daggers.

Revall.....seriously?

I don't think PNG should be out of the question but I'd like to know how TEP is responding before jumping to any course of action.

Considering that the person in question is clearly trying to topple the lawfully elected Pharaoh, and has made wild accusations with absolutely zero proof I feel our response is justified.

As for Tim's count, he tarts...

Every day.

Given that and the influx of AoI people there is nothing at all cloak or daggerish about it. heck my endo count at the moment rivals most of the pharaoh's we've had in the past

Enough of the conspiracy crap. The end of the day, it's worth a PNG or some other form of censure, but let's not overdo it either. The difference is just not being trigger happy, cause I too want to see TEPs response. Tim are you in communication with Ram on this?

Ramaeus and I are in communication and I am following closely with what's going on within The East Pacific regarding this. I'll update you folks if anything big happens there, but my predictions is that they'll put charges against him given that he does hold citizenship here. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold a trial here as he is not a citizen, or I would not be so hastily jumping for the PNG. I will note that the PNG is already in place, by Pharaoh's PNG, and this request is so the Deshret can reaffirm its belief, if it wishes, and to avoid easier removals of PNG.

Also, Noble, I do indeed tart. Like, at least 2-3 times a day. I think I'm probably overtarting :P

Revall is just like his sister I see. Lovely. Kindly refrain from repeating her behaviour.

He's not a citizen, isn't protected by the law, so yeah I say PNG him. Whatever works.
