Removal of North East Somerset for conduct unbecoming a councilor of the Deshret

North East Somerset has been charged by this Deshret with conduct unbecoming a councilor.
It is therefore resolved that this body will vote on his membership.
The Keeper is aware of the contentious nature of such a vote and reminds the members of this Deshret to remain civil.
Councilors may may make a statement with their votes.
Councilors may vote Aye ,Nay, or Present.
Voting will conclude on Saturday February 28th at 6:00 pm EST

I have reviewed certain details that are at my disposal including several conversations which have given me a different light on things. There were things that I expected to have been done that were not, which has all in all been rather disheartening.
We are all responsible for our own actions and as much as I want to blame it on someone who is now banned, I cannot. NES was not forced to respond, nor was he forced to react to whatever provocation he received. Both of them are responsible for their actions. As Cormac has paid for his, so should NES pay in turn.
It is with a heavy heart that I have no choice but to vote Aye and hope for better times.
