This application is hereby dismissed. Although the accused quoted a post from the private halls of the Deshret in the NSGP post referenced by the Scribe of Seshat, this is a violation of the Criminal Codex only in the most technical sense. No information regarding Cormac Stark's attitude regarding the Osiris Fraternal Order was released that had not already been made clear by Stark's rhetoric in NSGP and in other regions. The release of this information, therefore, failed to be of any detriment to the Osiris Fraternal Order.
The Court rejects these charges without any prejudice toward the accused.
