Decorum within the Chamber of the Deshret

With the recent rash of outbursts in these chambers it is my duty as Keeper to remind my fellow councilors that this is a chamber of law.

Henceforth:

Councilors of the Deshret shall at all times, conduct themselves with proper decorum and observe and maintain the respect due to this institution.

Councilors shall abstain from scandalous, offensive or menacing language or behavior in the chambers of the Deshret.
