[VOTE] Procedure of the Deshret Amendment

Section 3.2 of the Procedures which reads:
shall be amended to read:Section 3.2 wrote:3. Any proposal, treaty, or agreement at vote before the Deshret, unless otherwise dictated by this Procedure or by constitutional documents, will only pass the Deshret if a simple majority of votes cast over a five day period are in favor of the proposal.
Councillors of the Deshret shall vote either Aye, Nay or Present. The vote shall conclude on the 25th of January.3. Any proposal, treaty, or agreement at vote before the Deshret, unless otherwise dictated by this Procedure or by constitutional documents, will only pass the Deshret if a simple majority of votes cast over a three day period are in favor of the proposal.
(a) The Keeper may extend the voting period to five days for treaties at the request of the Pharaoh.
(b)The Keeper may move to invoke cloture for the purpose of closing a vote once all those eligible to vote have done so.
