Can't post on Deshret application thread

Error: 12004:6077431
This is the error code I recieved when I applied to become a member of the Deshret. It says that I have insufficent permissions to post there. I am a citizen and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Registering is not enough for citizenship. You need to
apply for citizenship here:

An admin will come online in at least a few hours or so and let you know whether or not your application for
citizenship was accepted or rejected.
Only at that point can you apply to become a member of the Deshret.
When you are masked as a citizen, your name will be in pink, instead of the white it is in now as a member.
