Osiris Fraternal Order

Pursuant to article 2 section 8 of the state code of Osiris;

We the councilors of the Deshret formally call on the Pharaoh to issue a pardon to councilor Sector XYZ.

While we recognizance that any alleged crimes are well beyond the statute of limitations we feel that such an action will demonstrate that the Osiris fraternal Order is not unreasonable.

Furthermore we believe that SectorXYZ is not a danger, nor have we seen any indication that he is a habitual offender. In undertaking this action we assert that the the trespasses of youth should not haunt a man for all his days.

This is a needless motion for the time being. I would advise tabling the other discussion, and then passing a motion recognising the Limitations of the Criminal Code to absolve any current citizens of any such crimes related to forum destruction (and only forum destruction/COPS violations).
