As permitted by the State Code, I am waiving the legal endorsement limit for Guardians of the Atef until such a time as my own endorsement count stabilizes and we know where it will stand. At that time the Atef endorsement limit will return to 66% of my own endorsement count or ten less than the Vizier, whichever is lower.

For now, the endorsement limit for the Atef remains at 55.
