Acknowledging that Pauline Bonaparte is the best chance of freeing Anne Frank;
Admiring the willingness of Pauline Bonaparte to provide instructions to nations that are seeking to free Anne Frank;
Urging the nations and regions of the world to follow the example of Pauline Bonaparte and contact this esteemed nation to get involved in the international effort to free Anne Frank:
Hereby Commends Pauline Bonaparte.
