My campaign.

Hi there, I'm Josh. I suck at campaign threads.

I've been here for awhile – I've been Vizier, Acting-Pharaoh, a Sepatarch, worked with the Legion, and I'm currently a guardian of the Atef and the second longest serving member of the Deshret under the OFO.

Osiris is my home on NS, and it has been my primary region since I first created my nation in January of 2013.

I've been through the KRO, through Douria's coup, through our interim government under Asta, and taken part in this government as you all know.

I don't deny that I've done some stupid shit during this past year. I want to fix what I can – and move forward towards a better Osiris.
________________________________________________________________________ I supported our war on Lazarus, initially hoping it'd give us a fun and definable gameplay goal to give some much needed direction and activity to the Imperial Sovereign Realms Army.

That blew up in our faces, strained relations with our friends, and made us look like idiots who want to destroy a community over stupid bullshit.
________________________________________________________________________ So, what can I do?

I intend to continue peace talks with Lazarus, if they are willing, resolve our issues, and start the process of repairing our relations with the PRL and other regions that we spurned as a result of the war.

I wholly intend to rebuild some of what we've lost in these past few months and expand upon what we already have.

We have to keep moving forwards, keep nurturing our community, and never stop for a second.

Be it through getting more active in gameplay, WA proposals, or culture, we can not, and will not stop.
________________________________________________________________________ As a reminder, I suck at campaign threads. So if you have a question, ask it and I'll do my best to answer it. :D

Simple Question (hopefully):What do you personally look for at these peace talks; an end to the war or something more?

An end to the war is my primary goal.

It'd be awesome to reset relations with the PRL, but ending the war is priority #1.

Do you plan on pursuing an Imperialist path as Cormac reluctantly did, or should the Osiran military be more independent/anti-imp?

Our military (the Legion, not ISRA) is raider and that's not going to change.

I'm fine with (and for) us working with other independent or even D-leaning regions for culture or fun, but our military gameplay stance isn't going to change.

Do you think this could potentially harm our relations with other feeders? It's obvious that most of them are defender/independent and Osiris being a raider region will likely do nothing to help.

We're more than just our gameplay alignment. Other regions, including the feeders, know this.

I want to build cultural ties (festivals and such) so that we can expand our community, improve our prestige and repair some of the bridges that have been burnt; while it will take time, it's definitely possible.

The last pharaoh was always tough on those that spoke negatively of Osiris, looking out for the integrity of the region. The two most infamous examples were his actions against The Rejected Times for what he called anti-Osiris propaganda, and the war against Lazarus over some of their core member's vocal attitude towards Osiris.

While I agree we need to better keep relations with other important regions, what will you do when another region crosses the line?

Ideally? Talking, talking, and more talking. That's the best way to resolve issues like this.

If a region doesn't want anything to do with us or continually crosses the line, they aren't worth our time or effort.

I'll feed off of Casimir. Do you think we should be anti anything as he seems to suggest he wants?

Also,do you intend to try and get something from the PRL in return for peace or will you offer peace without terms? (Not intending to ask you what you specifically will seek in return for peace, just if you do plan to ask for SOMETHING.)
