On behalf of his Majesty King James III and VIII, his Prime Minister Sir Andrew B. Fraser, and the people of United Kingdom I wish to relay congratulations to the Osiran Fraternal Order for being todays featured region. The OFO has come along ways since its founding at the end of last year and has come to be one of the beacons of freedom and democracy in NationStates and there really isn't a region that deserves it more.Signed,
