So guys, give me your thoughts on the Summer Lull as it's known. Do you dislike that less people are playing? Do you enjoy the quietness? Have you been a victim of it in the past? Let me know and maybe I'll give my thoughts. =P

I think this is a serious issue, that deserves serious answers, so we can find serious problems with serious solutions. I call for, nay I demand a thread to discuss this very issue, perhaps with some sort of informal poll, or conversation on the subject?

I get bored even more easily during the summer lull. It sucks.

Actually, I came back to the game at the end of May.

Ive spent most of my time back building Ainur up, and I think Im doing an alright job. After your ambassador Jack Dawkins joined, and I learned about Osiris, I joined over here

I was just looking at the Board Statistics and we really didn't have much of a Summer Lull here in Osiris:

June: 3,014
July: 1,522
August (so far): 1,795

Compared with spring:

March: 841
April: 1,195
May: 2,005

And winter, which was highly active in December and January as the OFO still had that new car smell:

December: 3,014
January: 1,952
February: 1,230

June is tied with December, our founding month, as the most active month the forum has had so far. March was the least active month as the only month with a post count that didn't reach the thousands. So if anything it looks like we had more of a Spring Lull than a Summer Lull.

Yeah, I'm not really sure why I went full stats geek. I guess this is what I do with my Friday nights.

Well... there are certainly *worse* things you could be doing. Though, there are also better.

The summer lull (if not here elsewhere) while it can be peacefuk and allow a closer bond to gorm with less people there, its shit to try organization. Between my work in Regoin Inc and Equilism as the dean it's terrible.
