Osiris Fraternal Order

As most of you are already aware, Zeorus has resigned as Scribe of Seshat (Justice) as well as resigning citizenship in the region. For totally unrelated regions having to do with RL, Zaolat has also had to resign as Scribe of Apis (Media).

I just wanted to let the region know that I'm now accepting applications for both Scribe positions as I don't have firm candidates in mind for these positions. My hope is that an application process will bring forward some folks who are interested but who due to lack of experience or lack of speaking up might not normally be under consideration, as I think it's important to have fresh and enthusiastic faces in regional leadership positions.

If you're interested in either Scribe of Seshat or Scribe of Apis, please contact me by private message. Please note experience in either area, either here in Osiris or elsewhere, as well as a few words about what you would like to do with the Priesthood for which you're applying.

Is the scribe position something like the news?

A scribe is are version of a officer, a member of Cormac`s cabnit. If I mis read that and you were referring to the Apis or media spot, then yes. The media priesthood controls well media.

The Scribe of Media is essentially the editor-in-chief of The Osiris Oracle, our new and as yet unpublished regional newspaper. He coordinates the other writers (members of the Priesthood of Apis), guest writers, and compiles their articles into an edition of The Osiris Oracle, which is then published after being approved by the Pharaoh.

I imange Scribes would need to be members of the Deshret.

I'll take Justice.

Scribes need not be Deshreti.

I am once again accepting applications for the following positions:

• Scribe of Apis (Communication): With the limited time we have left in this term, this Priesthood is going to be re-focused to work on the foreign update and other official communication from the executive. I'm pulling the plug on The Osiris Oracle due to lack of interest. Anyone interested in overseeing the ministry in its new goals, primarily the foreign update, is encouraged to apply in this thread or by private message.
• Gamemaster: I'm looking for a Gamemaster to specifically oversee our RPs and breathe some fresh life and activity into them, including overseeing the "Great Cities" RP by taking up some of the responsibilities previously assigned to the Registrar until the House Charter was repealed. This will mostly involve approving applications for new Houses. This position will technically be a deputy to Isis (Regional Affairs) but will function with relative autonomy.
• ISRA Osiris Divisional Commander: The responsibilities of the Osiris Divisional Commander include accepting applications for ISRA here in Osiris, recruitment for the ISRA Osiris Division, and assisting the ISRA Joint Commander and Vice Commander in planning and commanding operations. Anyone interested -- in ISRA, not in ISRA, not yet even in Osiris, it doesn't matter -- is encouraged to apply.
