This is kinda a cultural thing. Why don't we start a newspaper? Regional affairs, foreign affairs and so forth and we have a copy for Osiris and for our embassies. I love reading foreign news and it would be nice to make our own.
I'd love to be involved with it and possibly start one if there is enough interest and enough people wanting to write articles and edit and do the fancy HTML stuff I have forgotten over the last two years.
What are your opinions?

We have one, it just hasn't published anything in a long time. I'd be willing to help publishing it, though.

I'd be willing to write for it as well.

Who was in-charge of the prior paper?

Oh this will be quite fun.
Well whoever was in charge has relinquished their duties in doing so...so why not select a new head to the paper. Make a newsroom where only writers, editors and the lot can have masking privileges and a place where the paper can be published to the public. Then hand over copies to our ambassadors.

It'd certainly be good fun. I just want to ensure no one is stepping on anyone else's toes by doing so.

I agree James...I'm just over excited about doing it.
Am I missing where the old paper used to be posted or am I just blind to the obvious?

Thanks.
Now who do we go to...to start this up again? Do we want to keep the name or make a brand new paper? If we aren't stepping on anyone's toes by restarting the paper who would lead it?

Well, I suppose we can wait for one of the leaders of the executive (Severisen, Cormac) to see if they have an opinion/wish as to whether the paper will be re-founded under the umbrella of the government or be privately run. Once this is established the other questions you have will fall into place more easily.
Either way, I'm certainly interested in getting involved in whichever way is most viable.
