Greetings! I am Nephmir, founder of The Eternal Knights.

I did some digging around and managed to find what I believe is the correct application for a consulate; however I did not find a place to post it and fill it out. Could someone direct me to the application page? Thank you!

It's good to be here and I hope that I can contribute to the OFO and begin the start of a potential alliance.
