Section 1: Regional Holidays
1. The following will be celebrated as official civic holidays of the Osiris Fraternal Order:
(a) The Festival of the Creation, celebrated annually on 18 October, will commemorate the creation of the region Osiris on 18 October 2011.
(b) The Festival of the Resurrection, celebrated annually on 10 December, will commemorate the foundation of the Osiris Fraternal Order on 10 December 2013.
2. The following will be celebrated as official themed holidays of the Osiris Fraternal Order:
(a) The Festival of Isis, celebrated annually on 21 March, will celebrate the role of Isis in the Kemetic pantheon, and will be observed by Osirans as a spring festival of renewal that celebrates all new citizens in the preceding year.
(b) The Festival of Horus, celebrated annually on 13 June, will celebrate the role of Horus in the Kemetic pantheon, and will be observed by Osirans as a summer festival of growth that celebrates significant contributions to the region in the preceding year.
(c) The Festival of Osiris, celebrated annually on 4 August, will celebrate the role of Osiris in the Kemetic pantheon, and will be observed by Osirans as a fall festival of remembrance that celebrates veteran members of the Osiran community.
3. Whenever possible, regional holidays will be celebrated in joint events and activities with allied and friendly regions and organizations.
Section 2: Regional Honors
1. The following regional honors are established, which may be awarded by the Pharaoh during celebrations of regional holidays or at any time throughout the year:
(a) The Violet Jewel of Atum will be the region's highest honor and will be awarded to individuals who have made longtime, outstanding overall contributions to the region.
(b) The Scale of Ma'at will be awarded to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to regional military affairs, security, justice, and law.
(c) The Scepter of Isis will be awarded to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to regional integration and culture.
(d) The Eye of Horus will be awarded to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to regional foreign affairs and World Assembly affairs.
(e) The Crown of Osiris will be awarded to individuals who have made outstanding contributions in service in regional leadership offices, or their equivalent prior to establishment of the Osiris Fraternal Order.
2. Regional honors will confer honored citizen status upon citizen recipients. Honored citizens will have a standing invitation to speak in the Deshret, but will not be granted membership in the Deshret except through the process established by the Procedure of the Deshret.
3. Regional honors may be granted to individuals who are not citizens of the Osiris Fraternal Order at the time of honoring, but will not confer honored citizen status unless and until the individual is granted citizenship in the Osiris Fraternal Order.
4. Honored citizenship will be automatically suspended upon an honored citizen's loss of citizenship, but will be automatically reinstated should the individual once again be granted citizenship.
5. The Deshret will have the power to revoke regional honors. Honored citizen status and the privileges it confers will also be revoked upon revocation of any regional honor.
6. Regional honors will be automatically revoked from any individual who is convicted of high crimes or felony crimes against the Osiris Fraternal Order immediately upon conviction. Any citizen convicted of high crimes or felony crimes against the Osiris Fraternal Order will not be awarded regional honors.
7. The Pharaoh may award other honors, but such honors will not confer honored citizen status or the privileges it confers.
Votes shall be valid until 10:00 PM EST on June 30th.
