Liberate Hell
A resolution to strike down Delegate-imposed barriers to free entry in a region.
Category: Liberation | Nominee (region): Hell | Proposed by: Carta
Description: The Security Council,
Cognizant that Hell is a large ancient region that is home to a dedicated community of nations;
Recognizing that the nation of
Nodin has resided in the region for many years, and that the nation is a puppet government of
Captain Woodhouse, which is known for being a leading nation in the condemned region of
Nazi Europe;
Disgusted by the events of June 12th, 2014, when Nodin betrayed the trust of Hell's community by claiming the region for
Right Wing Uprising, which is a Fascist military that Nazi Europe is a member of, immediately blocking off immigration into the region, and purging innocent nations such as
Evil Personz from Hell;
Affirming that the destruction of regional communities is contrary to the principle of international goodwill championed by the Security Council, and that it is the Security Council's duty to oppose acts of war organized by groups that it has condemned;
Believing that a liberation of Hell will offer relief to the region's members nations that have been distressed by the Fascist occupation, and will allow for the restoration of native administration in the region;
Hereby Liberates Hell.

I don't like this proposal for a couple reasons, not least of which that it's authored by Milograd.
But more importantly, I don't like that it not only explicitly mentions NAZI EUROPE and Right Wing Uprising by name, but even links to them. So much for defenders not wanting to call attention to Nazis.
Nonetheless, For. A relatively active community is being occupied by Nazis, which is more important than flaws in the resolution.

The raid of Hell has been abandoned by Right Wing Uprising in order to re-secure NAZI EUROPE after they managed to liberate it, and native Delegate Freddland has been returned to the Delegacy.
As a result, I have no idea what the status of this resolution is and I will check with Milograd at my earliest opportunity later today. Don't be surprised if he pulls it from the queue before it goes to vote, though.

The natives no longer support the resolution, so assuming Milograd doesn't get online in time to file a GHR to remove it from the queue...
