Whereas Tim Stark is suspected of complicity in the crimes committed against Osiris by the organization known as the Empire; and
Whereas the Deshret of Osiris believes that it would be detrimental to the community of the Osiris Fraternal Order for Tim Stark to be granted citizenship or diplomatic recognition;
Therefore, by decree of the Deshret of Osiris here assembled, let it be:
Resolved that the Deshret of Osiris declares Tim Stark persona non grata, pursuant to Section 4.3 of the Citizenship and Diplomatic Administration Act.
