Not too bad for a first foray into flagmaking.
I would probably recommend different color schemes. Generally two to three colors are desirable, with small accents not counting. In regards to the colors, I would probably not put that pink with the red, at least not within a short distance of each other as they clash a bit.
The designs themselves are not bad. A general rule of thumb is to keep the designs simple enough for a young child to draw, or for people to draw from memory. You've mostly done a pretty fair job at that. Don't give up, keep at it.

Yes I agree with LR. Might I ask if you have a specific purpose for these flags, or is it just because you're bored?

It's good in Venspeak.
I'm not wild about the color scheme of the last one, but overall I think these look good and I like the designs as far as the patterns and symbols used. My one recommendation, at least if these are going to be used in-game, is to make them a bit less rectangular. They will likely translate better for in-game usage if the height is a bit greater and the width a bit less.
