I think we need more activity, more of everything really. We need and should make it a policy that when active new nations come in, we get them some entry-level position. Something that anyone can start doing right off the bat to hold their interest, and keep them here.

You should probably take that idea up with a member of Cabinet. Probably the Pharaoh, Vizer or Scribe of Culture
