In recognition of service

As Vizier, I was less than stellar -- consistently forgetting to certify people for the Deshret, approve priesthood applications, and failing to keep up with certain other duties that I had.
There's one thing I can definitely do correctly though, and that's recognize those who have solidified our region; kept it in one piece after ousting those who are a danger to it and ensuring that our community didn't fracture.
So, as Acting-Pharaoh (at least for another day), I grant the following a new Osiran honor representing their loyalty to the region, their actions having ensured continued Osiran prosperity; the Pimp Eye Seal of Vigilance.

- Cormac -- For his unending, steadfast support of Osiris, his part in founding the Osiris Fraternal Order, and ensuring that those who wish to make a game of our community never set foot here again. He is a living legend.
- Severisen -- For turning the Sekhmet Legion into a force to be reckoned with and making it a name to be feared on NationStates, he deserves nothing less.
- Lord Ravenclaw -- For enabling healthy diplomatic relations with other regions as head of the Osiran F.A. department under multiple delegates and serving as the first elected Pharaoh of the Osiris Fraternal Order; Osiris would not be the same without him.
- Treize Dreizehn -- Without his work as Keeper of the Deshret, and assistance in drafting of legislation, the Deshret would be non-functional; our legislative branch is arguably the most important part of the region and its continual, smooth operation is extremely important. In addition, I grant him the title Nomarch of Philae, and Lord of House Dreizehn.
