Petition for Citizenship and Acceptance into Osiris

Please list regions or organizations of which you are currently a citizen or member and any positions you hold or have held in said regions or organizations:
I am a member of the Great Osiris and a former member of The West Pacific. I was accepted into the United Nations which later reflagged as the World Assembly.
Are you now or have you ever been engaged in hostilities against the region Osiris or against the Osiris Fraternal Order? If so, please provide details.
I have not engaged in military operations against Osiris Forces and or its Allies. The West Pacific has been neutral with Osiris.
Would you like a mentor assigned to assist you with learning about Osiris?
Yes, Joshua Ravenclaw because of his time as WA Delegate. I respect him as a friend as well as a former delegate.
Please swear the following oath of citizenship. Until development of a criminal code, violation of the citizenship oath is grounds for ban from both the region Osiris and the Osiris Fraternal Order forum.
I, [Begley, Brandon J.], swear that I have, to the best of my knowledge, been completely truthful in applying for citizenship in the Osiris Fraternal Order and that I have no other NationStates identity that has not been made known to the Pharaoh. I swear my allegiance to the Osiris Fraternal Order, its Pharaoh, and its citizens, and I swear not to engage in hostilities against the Osiris Fraternal Order or to violate its laws and rules.
Upon acceptance into the Fraternity I would like to enter the Military Ministry to help in the Government Affairs for Osiris.
