Osiris Fraternal Order

Greetings Citizens!

This will be the first of two announcements about current events, although this is geared to be a more administrative announcement covering the effects of the House Charter Act, and a few elevations that have come as a result of it.

Firstly, as it may have been noted, I have yet to appoint a registrar. One will be appointed on the 21st of March once I have finished discussions on the candidates and applications with the Vizier.

Secondly, I think that it is time that we recognise some acts of service, dedication and loyalty to Osiris rather than having just four houses confirmed to a select number of families.

Thus, as Pharaoh of Osiris I hereby declare the following:

• For his service to Osiris, our regional culture and our irc channel with the creation of Bot-God, Ra, I hereby name Abacathea Somerset, Councillor of the Deshret and Priest of Seshat as Nomarch of Abydos and Lord of House North, and accept his request to form a new house in his name separate from his Paternal Line.
• For his services to the Osiran Military, the Sekhmet Legion, and his overseeing the creation and activity of our forces, to pledging to guard Osiris as a Guardian of the Atef, I hereby name Severisen, Guardian of the Atef, Marshal of the Sekhmet Legion as Nomarch of Terenuthis and Lord of House Isaraider.
• For his service to Osiris, and his willingness to brave new and possibly difficult obstacles at a time when few outside of our allies would, to his service in the first cabinet of the Osiris Fraternal Order as Scribe of Ma'at until real life required his attention, I hereby name Prussia, citizen of Osiris as Nomarch of Schroedenberg and Lord of House Valkyrie.

I am pleased to note that all three have accepted these honours and are thus known as Nomarchs, or Lords, should they wish to use the title. The new Houses will gain a seat for them located in the Great Cities category, which is currently only viewable to those on a Cultural Gatepass or higher (each house may have their forum section viewable to guests based following a request in Technical).

Your Houses and towns will be created once you have contacted me with a description of the sections you want in the area. If you are unsure, any administrator will be able to advise you further as well as talk about options for accessing the section (groups, masking, residential status and such).

This concludes my first announcement, the second will talk about something relating to myself personally, that citizens of Osiris will already be aware of, check my next thread for information on that.
