If you've found your way here from the Regional Factbook, the links above will explain our policies a little better than the compact space limit that have to stick to.

If in doubt, you can telegram the delegate or vice-delegate of Osiris with questions.

OSIRIS FRATERNAL ORDER
WORLD ASSEMBLY VOTING POLICIES
= General Assembly =

The Scribe of Ma'at or his named deputy, will post the proposal on the regional forum in the section called the Shrine of Amun. This post will be followed with an analysis of the proposal at vote, and how they think the Pharaoh and the citizens should vote.

The Pharaoh (Delegate) will vote based on the arguments given, (for or against) in that thread and will take in to account the regional vote in-game.

Note: To WA Campaigners, do not telegram the Delegate. Instead, register on the regional forum and present your argument in the Shrine of Amun. If it is found that you are attempting to vote stack in Osiris with outside individuals, then you will be barred from future votes and will receive an automatic vote against any current and future proposals you have authored.
__________________________ = Security Council =

The Scribe of Ma'at or his named deputy, will post the proposal on the regional forum in the section called the Shrine of Ra. This post will be followed with an analysis of the proposal at vote, and how they think the Pharaoh and the citizens should vote.

The Security Council is often used to pursue gameplay grudges, and you will often see people split based on their gameplay affiliations, or seeking to use the Security Council to assist their faction/organisation/region by working on Commendations to show that their group is superior to others.

For that reason, the Scribe of Ma'at will defer to the an official from the Priesthoods of Horus or Sekhmet for matters relating to Security Council proposals.

The Delegate will vote based on the Community Vote.

Definition of terms: Horus = Foreign Affairs, Sekhmet = Military.

Note: To SC Campaigners, do not telegram the Delegate. Instead, register on the regional forum and present your argument in the Shrine of Ra. If it is found that you are attempting to vote stack in Osiris with outside individuals, then you will be barred from future votes and will receive an automatic vote against any current and future proposals you have authored.

OSIRIS FRATERNAL ORDER
ADVERTISING POLICIES
= Advertising =

Advertising has strict guidelines. Whilst we understand that many consider the Game Created Regions as nothing but a recruiting ground for their region, I am of the opinion that people take it far too seriously and then actively seek to insult the regions they recruit from. It is neither mature or dignifying for those people.

Any Adverts which do not entertain the Pharaoh will be suppressed on the Regional Message Board. Regions engaging in region-wide recruitment campaigns agree that they are opening themselves to the same treatment from Osiris and its allies. Your Arnhelm Treaty will not protect you from it, nor does it have any legal weight outside of your own community. Infringing on the sovereignty of our region will result in you experiencing the same.

Note on Nazi, Communist, and other inappropriate advertising/spam: These will be suppressed regardless. Complaints will be ignored and deleted.

OSIRIS FRATERNAL ORDER
ENDORSEMENT CAP POLICIES
= General Endorsement Cap =

Osiris has a strict endorsement cap of a maximum of 20 Endorsements per WA Nation unless they fall under the exceptions listed below.

In the future, a tiered endorsement cap will be introduced to allow citizens of Osiris to have higher caps if they are endorsing the Delegate and Vice-Delegate. It is recommended that residents of Osiris seek to gain legally recognised citizenship on this forum in order to protect themselves from being banjected by the Pharaoh of Osiris in the event that they are suspected of committing any crimes against Osiris or the Delegacy.

The endorsement cap exists in order to prevent foreign soldiers, enemies of the region or even opportunists inside the region from usurping the delegacy from the legally elected regional delegate. It is the primary security measure and is enforced by the Pharaoh in cooperation with the Vizier (Vice Delegate) and the Atef (the Security Council). The Pharaoh may raise or lower the endorsement cap at any time and may notify residents of Osiris via the regional Telegram feature.

Failing to adhere to the endorsement cap will result in forced deportation to the Rejected Realms for 12 Hours (one update) in order to reduce the amount of endorsements the nation has.

Remember, citizens of Osiris are safe from banjection unless it meets grounds set down by the Pschent for punishment following a conviction, or unless you have violated the endorsement cap and ignored all requests to reduce your endorsements.

= Specialist Endorsement Cap =

The Atef of Osiris (Security Council) has a rolling cap of 66% of the Pharaoh's Endorsements, or 10 below the Vizier (whichever is lower). As of 03/03/2014, the cap sits at 50

The Pharaoh may grant waivers at his discretion.

Would you like to join the Atef? It's only open to citizens of Osiris who have served the region in the past, and any appointments made by the Pharaoh are confirmed by the Deshret.
