Rashidi walked over to V's bag, and took out the first-aid scroll. He took out his dagger from his belt. "Don't pull a knife on me..." he said. He cut off some cloth from his own scarf, and then patched up Valk's shoulder according to the instructions of the scroll. He stopped momentarily, walked over to the cup of liquor and dipped the clothe into it. He wiped the blood off and patched the rest of it up. Then he held up his dagger and screamed "Victory!" as if he just won a fight.

Squinting, the assassin gritted through the pain but once Rash started swinging the dagger wildly, V gently took it back. "Thank you scholar. However we'll leave the daggers for me." Valk then stooped and collected his fallen short sword and boot knife.

Kelikon, in the meantime, had gotten himself out of everyone's way and was watching the fight from the other end of the bar. Nothing intrigued him quite as much as watching foreigners fight. It was not part of the Zeira culture to settle disagreements quite so publicly- any disputes settled by violence were handled in duels, isolated from any innocents who could be harmed. He chuckled quietly to himself with disdain and drank from his waterskin.

"I think we got off to the wrong kind of start." Maybe i should prove myself in the field instead of bragging."

Sheathing his weapons, he looked at the girl. "I reassert what many of us have expressed. Why would need or hell even want a thief amongst us?" Valk groaned a bit as he pulled a piece of wood out of his back. Damned table. he thought to himself.

"Well that was interesting. I note we've cleared the bar of the other customers now so we can talk a little more frankly. The legends have it that Vargin was protected by undead, controlled by some unknown magic, more powerful than anything we have today, even than Dorian's here. Some thievery skills might well be needed in those circumstances I'm sure. At the very least we need to be ready for all possibilities. And given the tracking skills our group has, and the fact we're going into the depths of the desert, I doubt there would be much advantage to be gained from taking anything from us," Hasan said, yellow eyes fixed firmly on Elizabeth.

"Then let us start on our way. Every moment we waste someone else could be seizing the glory." V pulled his hood up once again and stood slowly, a bit unsteady. He cinched his straps tight and checked his satchel before eying up princess.

Kelikon nodded in agreement with V and joined the rest of the group, leaving a coin at the bar.

Shar gathered his belongings and eyed the candle on the middle of the table before starting to leave.

Dorian wasn't entirely sure what he was signing up for, but a gang of individuals this eclectic could only be an interesting time. He gathered a few things off the bar while no one was looking and left with the group.
