Might I ask as to how it is determined who's requests for Administrative action are effected?

Is it based on the political view of the Administration as to which is the most legitimate regime; or, perhaps, who the Administration happens to like the most; or is there some other criteria, such as those people chosen through the previously agreed mechanisms that a group not consisting of the Administration and those they happen to agree with, but, rather, all those who were by the aforesaid mechanisms members of the Deshret; or is it, perhaps, entirely random and the requests of Cormac have been, largely, effected as the flip of a coin determined they ought to be?

If someone, myself, for instance, made a request, having been chosen by the aforesaid mechanisms to be an Elder of the Pschent, would it be effected, presuming it was, let us say, for the changing of the name of the "Hall of Justice" to "The Courtroom" (to use a very mild example)?

Further, might I ask what the purpose of the Administration is, on this forum?

Is it a political guarantor of some kind; or does it simply protect the security of this forum and its users?

I apologise for asking such questions, however, the last several hours have made me question what has, previously at least, been my understanding as to be the proper place of the Administration of the forum.

Please remove Ainocra's citizenship as he no longer has a nation in the region. Lord Ravenclaw has also been sentenced to removal of citizenship by the Transitional Government and should be re-masked accordingly.
