Daniel examined the body and gritted his teeth in anger. "We're dealing with someone who doesn't care about efficiency, and furthermore, has no profit motive. They're killing simply for the damned enjoyment of the thing! I could understand it if this was just a hitman, because he'd be a man, with a job, albeit a gruesome one, that he does for money, the first and the purest of motives. Hell, I might even sympathize with the blighter! But this? No. Whoever did this is an enemy of what is good. We can't reason with someone who would do this, and they're beyond our power to help. Our only option is to find them, and destroy them before they destroy us."

Vincent calmly stood up and moved Daniel out of the way with a gentle push. He began examining the body and its surroundings. "Hmph.."

Apparently you guys have found the rest of Jerry's body. I'm impressed.

Miranda looked at the head placed in the china cabinet and shuddered. "that is gruesome. I don't know who could be behind these killings but I hope we discover him or her before they get to me. I will be sleeping with my eyes open if at all. We need to find the connection between these two murders I think."
