Just from my experience you may need to run it a second time. If that doesn't work then an admin will probably have to play with the settings.

I can't see any reason in the Admin CP this should have happened, so it must be a Zetaboards glitch. I have remasked him as Member and then manually remasked him as Diplomat; hopefully that will resolve this problem. If the problem persists, let me know.

If this problem persists with further use of the Diplomat auto-tool, let me know that too.

Don't mean to intrude, but we had a similar problem over in TEP. It was mostly due to having a lot of forums. For whatever reason sometimes it doesn't save the permissions at first. Perhaps that could be it.

Ah okay, thanks for that insight. I haven't heard reports that Feux is still having any problems, so hopefully it's been corrected.

Top right hand part of the screen, where it says "Inbox". Click on it and it should take you to the messaging menu.

May just be me, but the Search function doesn't seem to work. Even if you enter something generic like "Osiris" as a term, it yields no results regardless of which criteria you check off.

I've noticed that as well. I'll take a look in the admin control panel later on and try to figure out why.

It appears to be a post indexing problem, which can't be fixed through the Admin CP. I'll contact Zetaboards Support later.

Okay, we'll be contacting ZBSupport over this.

We've tested a few things with the search bar, and found that Pharaoh or Raven doesn't get any results. You can search a users posts and topics via their profile however.
