1. Removed Festavo as leader of all executive joinable groups besides: Joint Operations, Sekhmet Command and Sekhmet Legion;
2. Added Tim as a leader for all of them in his place.
3. Removed Ivo and NSA as group leaders for Sekhmet and the Command group.
4. Also removed Festavo as group leader of Deshret invite, which he shouldn't have had anyway, as the Pharaoh isn't meant to be able to control that.
5. Also added Tomb as leader of the Law Library, removed Andrew.
6. Removed Xoriet and Festavo from Deshret Invite; since they're councilors anyway.
7. I have left Joshua Bluteisen as group leader for the various groups as he has been nominated as Vizier.
8. Removed Festavo from Intelligence joinable group and Law Library joinable group.
9. Unarchived the Enlightened City of Alexandria back to the Great Cities of Osiris subforum.
